Foundations of Yoga
The fundamentals of breathing and yoga philosophy are introduced here. You will also learn to build a strong, safe, and healthy yoga practice. By learning the basics of sun salutations along with standing and seated postures, your practice will develop more deeply and quickly allowing you to fully experience the benefits of yoga.
Flying is the ability to move fluidly through your practice in sections that require balancing on your hands while your feet are off the ground. This creates a flowing motion linking the postures of Ashtanga Yoga. Flying deepens your moving meditation as breath and motion are synchronized. Inversions are based on the ability to hold a variety of postures on your hands with the head below the heart and the feet off the ground.
