Modified Primary Series
A shortened 1 hour sequence based on the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga appropriate for all levels.

Full Primary Series
The challenging entry point into the traditional sequence of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Rocket I
A re-sequenced version of the primary series developed by Larry Schultz. There is a strong focus on legs with some inversions. Modifications are taught for more advance postures.

Rocket II
Based on the intermediate series of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, there is an emphasis on backbends, twists with inversions.

Rocket III
A combination of the Rocket I and Rocket II sequences.

Private Sessions
From fundamentals to advanced postures and inversions. I teach to your desired focus. These sessions can be done as one on ones, duets or small groups.
